大学国际化的发展模式、演进历程与历史经验

摘　　要：大学国际化经历了漫长的演进历程,形成了四种演进模式,即大学主动型、政府主导型、主动响应型和被动响应型,经历了化育万民理想、建立大学制度、增进文化理解、第三极扩张、经济驱动和全面国际化六个演进阶段。其历史经验主要有先进的国际化办学理念、高远的国际化办学目标、清晰的国际化治理逻辑和向纵深发展等方面。In the long history of evolution of university internationalization, modes, that is university initiative, government guidance, positive response and six evolving stages, that is, the ideal of educating common people, university there are four evolving negative response, and regulation establishing, culture understanding increasing, the third polar expansion, economy driving and overall internationalization. We have got many useful experiences from university internationalization, such as advanced school running concepts, far-sighted targets, clear management logic and timely increased policy layout. With these experiences, we should emphasize on developing internationalized curriculum, improving innovative research capacity and cultivating language and culture advantages, to promote the development of research university groups with international competitiveness.
