摘  要:分析山柰挥发油中的化学成分;采用水蒸气蒸馏法从山柰中提取挥发油成分,通过气-质联用技术(GC-MS)对其分离检测,利用化学计量学解析法(CRM)分辨重叠色谱峰,同时结合程序升温保留指数辅助定性;共分辨出75个色谱峰,鉴定了其中65个组分,占山柰挥发油总量的97.47%,其中主要化学成分为正十五烷(31.02%),反式桂皮酸乙酯(23.49%)、4-甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯(14.86%)、3-蒈烯(8.83%)等组分,而其它61个组分只占21.56%;结合化学计量学解析法和保留指数分析山柰挥发油化学成分,比单独使用GC-MS其结果更加准确、可靠,有助于山柰的进一步开发利用.The essential oil components in Kaempferia galanga L. is analyze; The volatile constituents in Kaempferia galanga L. were extracted by steam distillation. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with Chemometrie Resolution Method(CRM), a useful chemometric resolution method which can be used to resolve overlapping peaks in chromatogram, was employed to identify and comparatively analyze the volatile constituents, together with the temperature-programmed retention index for assistant identification; A total of 75 chromatographic peaks were resolved, and of these 65 components in the essential oils ofKaempferia galanga L. were identified, which accounted for 97.47% of the total relative contents. The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were Pentadec, anv(31.02%), (E)-2-Propenoic acid, 3-phenyl-, ethyl ester(23.49%), (E)-2-Propenoic acid, 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, ethyl ester(14.86%)and 3-Carene(8.83%)etc. and the other 61 constituents only accounted for about 21.56% of the total contents; Our work demonstrated that CRM and retention index could provide a complementary and convenient method for accurate analysis of complex essential oils. The results obtained may be helpful for the further exploitation of Kaempferia galanga L..
