新时期大学生入党前思想政治教育工作的探究

摘　　要：本文在分析当前大学生入党前思想状况存在的问题及原因的基础上,结合新时期大学生的特点,提出要紧跟时代脚步,发挥辅导员的"导师"作用、发挥思想政治课教师的理论升华作用、发挥第二课堂的主阵地作用,有效做好当前大学生入党前的思想政治教育工作。On the analysis of the problems and situations lie in college students＂ ideology before joining the Party, the article put forward we should combinate the characteristics of college students in new time, play a ＂mentor＂ role and the second classroom activities, carry out the students＂ ideological and political education work effectively before they joining the Party.
