摘　　要：知识交易受其价格影响。通过分析知识交易的特点,构建知识定价分析框架,在此基础上,从知识提供者和知识购买者两方面对知识价格进行分析,认为作为交易的知识具有价值和使用价值,知识价格受到知识开发成本、知识交易量和投资收益率等因素影响,得出一些有意义的结论,为相关问题的研究奠定了基础。The price of knowledge makes a great impact on its transaction. By analyzing the characteristics of knowledge transactions, we built the analytical framework of knowledge pricing, on this basis, analyzing the price of knowledge from the knowledge providers and buyers. The knowledge to be transacted has value and use value. The knowledge pricing is affected by knowledge development costs, knowledge transaction volume and investment returns, and so on.
