摘 要:以P0803为试材,研究其种子不同消毒处理对无菌苗污染率和出苗率的影响,以及不同生长调节剂种类、浓度及配比对无菌苗继代、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:以75%C2H5OH30s+0.1%HgCl23min的消毒效果最佳,污染率为0%,出苗率为86.7%;以MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L的无菌苗继代效果最好;以MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+GA 30.25mg/L的增殖效果最好,茎段萌发率为86.7%,侧枝平均长度为1.4cm;生根以MS+NAA 0.1mg/L效果最好,生根率为100%,平均生根18.3条。The effect of different sterilization treatments on contamination rate and germination rate was studied in P0803. The effect of different hormones at different concentrations on seedling proliferation and rooting was also studied. The results indicate that: 75%C2H5OH 30s+0.1%HgCl2 3mins was the best sterilization treatment, whose contamination rate is 0%, germination rate is 86.7%; MS+ 6 - BA2.0mg/L + NAA0.2mg/L has the highest proliferation; MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA0.1 mg/L + GA30.25 mg/L has the highest inductivity, and the germination rate and the average length of lateral branch was 86.7% and 1.4cm respectively; MS+NAA0.1 mg/L has the highest rooting rate(100%) and root number ( 18.3 ).
