摘  要:创新是民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,它解放了生产力,是社会前进的火车头。同样地,创新也是教育事业发展的根本动力。随着全世界的经济的全球化,科学技术的飞速发展以及人才竞争的日益激烈化,高等学校的管理也应该改变传统模式下的管理制度和方法,建立创新型管理模式,以思想创新为指导,制度创新为保证,强调教师的主导地位和学生的主体地位,尊重学生个性,营造一个有学术氛围,自由宽松的环境,培养适应社会发展的创新型人才。Innovation is the soul of the progress of a nationality, and the inexhaustible impetus for a country to progress and prosperity, which liberated the productivity, and it's also the engine of the society's development. In the same way, innovation is the fundamental driving force of the educational development. Along with the global economy integration, the rapid development of science and technology, and the talent's severe competition, the university's management also should change the traditional system and the method of management. It needs to build a new creative management mode under the guidance of ideological innovation, the guarantee of system innovation, emphasis on the teachers' leading position and the students' subjective status, respect personality development, create an academic and a free environment, cultivate innovative talents which are adapting to social development.
