摘　　要：目的:观察COX-2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的超微结构定位及其意义。方法:采用胶体金标记免疫电镜方法检测22例乳腺癌组织标本,观察COX-2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的定位。结果:胶体金标记免疫电镜显示,59.1%的乳腺癌组织中存在黑色、圆形、集中的胶体金颗粒。结论:COX-2蛋白超微结构定位于乳腺癌细胞的内质网与核膜上,可能与乳腺癌形成过程中蛋白质的合成和转运有关。Objective：To observe the location of ultrastructure and significance of COX-2 protein in breast cancer tissue. Methods：We used immuno-electronmicroscopy method to detect the expression of COX-2 protein in 22 cases of breast cancer tissue,and the location of COX-2 protein was observed. Results：Immuno-electronmicroscopy showed that 59.1% of breast cancer existed in black,round,concentrated colloidal gold particles,COX -2 granules existed in endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane. Conclusion：COX-2 protein exists in endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane of breast cancer tissue,it may be related to breast cancer during the formation of protein synthesis and transport.
