摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,随着社会主义市场经济的发展、知识经济及及信息化时代的推进,势必会对高等教育人才培养质量、人才培养目标和模式等方面产生深远影响,这就需要高校辅导员要不断拓展工作职能,更新观念,创新工作方法,为大学生的健康成长、成才发挥应有的作用。Instructors are the main force of driving ideological and political education in universities.With the development of socialism market economy and the promotion of knowledge economy along with information age,there will surely be deep influence on the quality,goal and mode of personnel training regime of higher education in China,which calls for ceaseless extending of functions,updating of concept and innovation on the method of instructors＇ work.Thus they can play the important role in the growth and development of university students.
