摘　　要：提高学生"顶岗实习"实效性是高等职业教育发展的战略重点。本文从经管类学生"顶岗实习"教学现状分析出发,探讨此教学环节存在的问题与不足,并在此基础上提出了构建"四轮驱动"的软件建设体系的对策与建议。To improve the effectiveness of the students＇ on-post practice is the strategic focus of higher vocational education. Based on the analysis of teaching status about the Economy and Management majors＇ onpost practice,this thesis discusses the problems and shortcomings existing in this teaching step and proposes some strategies and suggestions of constructing the ＂Four-wheel drived＂ software building mechanism.
