《龙砂八家医案》评析

摘　　要：《龙砂八家医案》为清人姜成之收集清代乾隆至嘉庆年间江阴龙砂一带9位医家的142例病案而撰成,书中所治大多为江阴患者,部分来自无锡、苏州、安徽等地,病案描述始末完备,理法方药齐全。同时反映"龙砂医派"具有推崇经典方剂而用药平和、立治法常独辟蹊径、疗危急重病则出奇制胜之特点。The Medical Records of Eight Doctors in Longsha was compiled by Jiang Chengzhi from 142 medical cases made by 9 doctors from Qianglong period to Jiaqing period of Qing dynasty.Most of the patients in the book were from Jiangyin and some came from Wuxi,Suzhou and Anhui and so on.The cases gave a thorough description of the medical procedure and covered the basic elements of treatment,which reflected the characteristics of Longsha School such as praising highly of classic formulae and preferring mild herbs,establishing treatment method with a unique style and treating acute and severe disease with extraordinary measures to acquire good results,etc.
