摘  要:针对回收塑料瓶的颜色分选需要,根据其颜色差异,提出了基于RGB模型的塑料瓶颜色分选技术,并开发出相应的自动颜色分选系统。它采用彩色面阵CCD摄像头完成塑料瓶的图像采集,把图像像素的RGB分量值作为识别依据,通过控制高速电磁阀完成塑料瓶的自动分选。分选系统能够满足高速、实时要求,识别准确率高,具有广泛的应用前景。To meet with the demand of color sorting for recycle plastic bottles, a new method based on RGB model was proposed to evaluate color of plastic bottles and an automatic color sorting system was developed subsequently. It grabs images of bottles by color area-scan CCD camera, and identifies the difference of RGB ratio of them, and makes automatic sorting of the plastic bottles by high-speed solenoid valve. It is proved that the system with high identifying rate is very useful to some high speed and the real time automatic lines, and has a broad prospect of application.
