浅谈船舶避让行为

摘　　要：驾驶员的当值过程,实质上是观察海面状况、判断情况和处理问题的过程。其中观察是首要的,只有观察全面,才能做出正确的判断并采取合理果断的措施,从而保证航行的安全。全面正确的观察应具备4个基本条件:良好的船艺、稳定的心理状态、充分了解船舶操纵性能、熟知航路和过往船只情况。When the officers are on duty,they must be keeping lookout,judging and dealing with the problems.The most important thing is the lookout,which is the key fact of making good judgement and carrying out right measures.There are four main points on lookout:good seamanship,stable psychological status,good knowledge on manoeuvre of ships and on the routes and crossing ships.
