摘　　要：目的:探讨医学类大学生性知识、性行为及性观念现状,并分析其特点,以使性教育更加具有针对性。方法:采用自编问卷,从性知识、性行为及性观念等方面对医学院校学生进行调查,对所得数据资料采用卡方检验进行分析。结果:医学院校男女生在性知识来源、性行为和性观念方面存在差异(p<0.05),对于男女生性教育应区别对待。结论:可为同类医学院校大学生性教育提供部分参考依据。应通过多方面的共同努力,促使医学生具有科学的性知识和正确的性观念。Objective：To discuss the sexual knowledge,behavior and attitudes of medical undergraduates and to analyze their characteristics.Methods：Through self-questionnaire to investigate sexual knowledge,sexual behavior and sexual attitudes of medical students and using chi-square test to analysis.Results：Male and female students having different characteristics,which should be treated differently.Conclusion： Providing reference for sexual education of medical undergraduates.Through various effort to make medical students with the scientific knowledge and the correct attitude towards sex.
