国内外医疗质量指标体系的对比分析

摘　　要：由于医疗服务的专业性和特殊性、医学知识的不对称性,需要明确、系统地评价监督指标体系对医疗服务质量进行评价监督,以对医疗质量进行有效控制。而现有的医疗质量指标体系没有统一标准,且存在许多问题与不足,不能满足有效监控医疗质量的需要。与国际医疗质量指标体系相关内容作对比,指出我国医疗质量指标体系存在的不足,为健全和完善我国医疗质量指标体系提供参考和依据。As the health care professional,specificity and the asymmetry of medical knowledge,we require clear and systematic evaluation of the system of monitoring indicators to evaluate the quality of services of medical supervision,and effectively control the quality of medical care.However,the existing health care system has no unified standard of quality indicators,and there are so many problems and shortcomings that it can＇t meet the need for effective monitoring quality of care.Therefore,this article draws on the international health care quality indicators relevant content,pointing out that China＇s health care quality indicators shortcomings,and proposed Reference and Inspiration for the establishment of the system of China,in order to provide reference and basis for the improvement and perfection of the system of medical quality indicators.
