浅谈老年痴呆症诊治及养护过程中存在的伦理学问题

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化,老年痴呆的发病率逐年上升,严重危害着老年人的身心健康,给社会和家庭带来极大的负担。本文指出了老年痴呆症患者诊疗及养护过程中常见的一些医学伦理问题,并提出了相应的解决建议。加强医德教育和倡导病人自强自立是解决问题的两个重要途径。With the aging population,the incidence of senile dementia is increasing year by year,leading to a series of medical and social-economic problems.This article points out some common ethical problems in the diagnosis and treatment of senile dementia,and put forward some recommendations.Enhancing the education of medical ethics and encouraging self-reliance of patients play an important role in solving the problems.
