摘　　要：本文把模糊综合评价方法应用到大学教师绩效考核研究中,结合教师的实际情况将综合能力根据需要分成若干个指标,建立了因子集、评价集、隶属函数和权重集,实现对教师绩效考核的综合评估.采用层次分析法计算评价的权重集,并对取大取小算法和评价结果的最大隶属度原则进行了改进,取得了较好的效果.In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied in the evaluation for performance of college teacher. Combining actual situation of teacher to evaluate performance, by set up factor sets, evaluation sets, subjection functions and weight set, to implement of performance of college teacher evaluation. The evaluation of the weighting sets are made by AHP. The choosing big or small algorithm and maximal subjection degree of evaluation result are improved, and the effect is very good.
