摘　　要：目的:通过验证试验寻求活骨胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用2005年版中国药典规定方法。结果:活骨胶囊可采用常规的平皿法进行微生物限度检查。结论:本法不会对活骨胶囊可能存在的各类微生物产生抑制作用,可用平皿法进行活骨胶囊的微生物限度检查。Objective：validation tests to find the limits of micro-organisms living bone capsule inspection methods.Methods：The 2005 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia method. Results： Living bone capsule method can be used conventional plate microbial limit tests.Conclusion：This method does not exist in the living bone capsule can produce various types of micro-organisms inhibition can be used plate method bone capsule of living microbial limit.
