长期应用哌甲酯对自发高血压大鼠体重的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探究长期应用速效哌甲酯(methylphenidate,MPH)对注意缺陷多动障碍动物模型(自发高血压大鼠,SHR)体质量的影响。【方法】将54只(雄、雌各半)SHR大鼠分为3组,分别于每天早晨腹腔肌肉注射3种不同剂量(0 mg/kg、1.5 mg/kg和3 mg/kg)MPH,于注射前及注射后2周、4周和8周分别测量各组SHR大鼠体质量。【结果】用药后所有SHR大鼠体质量均明显增加(P<0.01),雄性SHR大鼠体质量增加要明显大于雌性SHR(P<0.01),但同性别各组SHR大鼠体质量之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】长期应用MPH对SHR大鼠体质量的影响较小。【Objective】 To investigate the body weight of SHR-the animal model of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,with long-term treatment of methylphenidate. 【Method】 Altogether 54 SHR（27male and 27 female） were divided into 3 groups,and three different doses of methylphenidate（0,3 mg/kg and 6 mg/kg） were given by muscle injection,and body weight were got before and 2,4w and 8w after the treatment. 【Result】 All the body weight of SHR gained after the injections and there were no difference between three groups of different doses. 【Conclusion】 There was little effect on body weight of SHR after long term treatment with methylphenidate.
