强力杀虫剂氟铃脲的分析和鉴定

摘　　要：报道了用质谱法和高效液相色谱法对氟铃脲的分析和鉴定。１－［３，５－二氯－４－（１，１，２，２－四氟乙氧基）苯基］－３－（２，６－二氟苯甲酰基）脲，即氟铃脲，是一种能够抑制昆虫表皮几丁质合成的强力杀虫剂。由ＥＩ源质谱仪获得氟铃脲的ＭＳ图和丰度数据，并提出它的碎裂途径和特征离子。在高效液相色谱分析方法中采用ＭｉｃｒｏｐａｋＣＮ－１０柱，甲醇－水作淋洗液，检测波长２５４ｎｍ，主峰与杂质峰完全分离，用该法可分析氟铃脲粗品和制剂。Identification and analysis of Hexaflumuron by mass spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography are reported.Hexaflumuron,1- 3,5_dichloro_4_(1,1,2,2_tetrafluoro_ethoxy)phenyl _3(2,6_difluorobenzoyl)urea,is a potent insecticide inhibiting the synthesis of cuticle chitin of insects.Mass spectrum and B[WTB2〗/E linked scan spectrum were obtained by a double focusing mass spectrometer,the fragmentation pathways and characteristic ions of Hexaflumuron are presented.A HPLC analytical procedure for Hexaflumuron crude product and its mixed preparation is described with Micropak CN-10 co_lumn,CH 3OH-H 2O as eluant,and detection at 254 nm,in which conditions the main component and impurities can be separated entirely.
