摘 要:工艺路线安排是CAPP(计算机辅助工艺过程设计)系统的关键技术之一,工艺路线安排的效果在很大程度上决定了CAPP系统的应用水平。通过对齿轮类零件CAPP系统的研究,将神经网络应用于齿轮类零件的CAPP系统的工艺决策中。结果表明,利用神经网络能有效地对加工方法进行选择,并且对工艺路线的优化达到理想的效果,使齿轮类零件的CAPP系统工艺决策更容易、方便,提高了工作效率。Process routing is one of the key technologies in a CAPP ( Computer-Aided Process Design) system and how appropriately the process route is determined affects the level of application of a CAPP system to a great extent. Upon research on a CAPP system dedicated to gears and similar parts, a neural network is used in the decision making on the ap- propriate process route of gear CAPP system. As the result indicates, a selection can be effectively made as to the appropri- ate processing method through using a neural network, and the optimum effect can be attained in optimizing the process route, which in turn makes it easier and more convenient to make process decisions using a gear CAPP system and hence enhanced work efficiency.
