摘　　要：目前物流企业对自身拥有的知识资产认识不清,导致不能充分发挥知识资产在新经济时代应有的作用,更不能对其进行合理的开发和利用。在科学界定现代物流企业知识资产构成的基础上,分析物流企业知识资产的独特性,以期帮助物流企业有效地管理所拥有的知识资产,进而提高企业的竞争力。Due to the logistics enterprises＇ reorganization unclear about the knowledge assets they own, the knowledge assets can not welt play its part in the age of new economy and are even more far away from the proper development and application. Based on the scientific definition on the knowledge assets constitution of modern logistics enterprises, the paper analyzed the uniqueness of the knowledge assets of logistics enterprises, and expected to help the logistics enterprises manage the knowledge assets in an efficient way and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
