摘　　要：影像增强是图像处理的基本内容之一,其目的是改善图像的"视觉效果"。以遗传算法优良的全局寻优特点及影像的模糊性为基础,将遗传算法引入到影像模糊增强处理当中,用于选择模糊增强参数,并对适应度函数进行了改进,加入了对对比度信息的限定,产生了比较好的增强效果。Image Enhancement is a basic problem in Image Processing, the purpose is to get a new image which is more effect. Baseing on the excellent characteristic of seeking for global optimization and fuzzy entropy, so a new algorithm with genetic algorithms was realized in image enhancement, the new algorithm select parameters of fuzzy enhancement with genetic algorithm, improve the fitness function and limit the information of contrast, the results show that the method discussed can produce a better result.
