摘　　要：目的:探讨Bcl-2和ILK蛋白在子宫平滑肌肿瘤(USMTs)中的表达和意义。方法:对20例良性子宫平滑肌瘤(UL)、18例子宫平滑肌肉瘤(LMS)及70例交界性子宫平滑肌瘤(BLM)[包括40例富于细胞型子宫平滑肌瘤(CL)、13例奇异型子宫平滑肌瘤(BL)、4例核分裂活跃型子宫平滑肌瘤(ML)、10例不典型子宫平滑肌瘤(AL)及3例恶性潜能未定型子宫平滑肌瘤(STUMP)]应用免疫组织化学法检测Bcl-2和ILK蛋白的表达。结果:UL组Bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率明显高于LMS组(P<0.05);BLM组Bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率显著高于LMS组(P<0.01);LMS组ILK蛋白表达阳性率显著高于UL组(P<0.01)和BLM组(P<0.01)。结论:Bcl-2和ILK蛋白的过度表达可能在ULMTs的发生、发展中起重要作用。Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of Bcl-2 and ILK prostein in human uterine smooth muscle tumors （USMTs）. Methods：Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the Bcl -2 and ILK protein expressions in 20 usual leiomyoma（UL）,70 borderline leiomyoma（BLM）[including 40 cellular leiomyoma（CL）,13 bizarre leiomyoma （BL）,4 mitotically active leiomyoma （ML）,10 atypial leiomyoma （AL）,3 smooth muscle tumors of uncertain malignant potential（STUMP）]and 18 leiomyosarcoma（LMS）. Results：The positive Bcl-2 protein expressin rate of UL was apparently higher than that of LMS（P0.05）;The positive Bcl-2 protein expression rate of BLM was clearly higher than that of LMS（P0.01）;The positive ILK protein expression rate of LMS was clearly higher than that of UL（P0.01）and BLM （P0.01）.Conclusion：The results suggest that an inhibition of induction of apoptosis,either by Bcl-2 or by ILK protein overexpression may play an important role in human uterine smooth muscle tumors.
