摘  要:民办高校管理干部队伍有其独有的特征,管理干部队伍的内部提升还是外部引进在民办高校办学实践中是个有争议的话题。本文详细分析了民办高校管理干部内部提升和外部引进的利与弊,以及两种干部获得方式产生的原因,提出民办高校在经过初创期以后,管理干部队伍应以内部提升为主,以及干部内部培养过程中应注意的问题。The administrative team of private colleges and universities has its own unique characteristics. It is a controversial topic that whether to promote them internally or to introduce externally. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two ways and the reasons. Then it proposes the specific strategies of internal selection mainly after the colleges and universities are preliminarily established. Some questions are also discussed for the internal traing for administrative team.
