摘　　要：从住区是城市整体环境的有机组成部分的基本理念出发,试图通过对2个特定案例设计过程的剖析,分别从城市空间效率、城市形象及空间领域等角度探讨高密度小型住区与城市关系及空间的可居性,即住区"内"与"外"两方面的问题,以此强调住区设计过程中从城市的宏观视角出发把握环境整体的必要性。Residential district is an organic component of urban holistic environment. From angle of city image, urban space sphere and space efficiency, this paper tries to study the relation between city and high-density small residential district and to study the habitability of space from two aspects：the inside and outside of residential space. It emphasizes the necessity of dealing with residential district design by urban macroscopic viewpoint.
