摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症自身抗体产生的特点和机制。方法以未使用任何抗精神病药物的精神分裂症患者为首发精神分裂症组;以经采用抗精神病药物治疗使精神分裂症症状缓解的患者为药物控制组;以健康者为对照组。采集各组血清标本,检测抗核抗体、类风湿因子和抗心磷脂抗体;将各组血清与正常淋巴细胞共育,检测淋巴细胞Fas蛋白的表达水平以确定各组血清中Fas蛋白诱导因子活性水平。结果首发精神分裂症患者的抗核抗体和抗心磷脂抗体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),类风湿因子与对照组相比无统计学显著差异(P>0.05);药物控制组各指标与对照组相比无统计学显著差异(P>0.05);首发精神分裂症患者血清中的Fas表达诱导因子的活性水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);药物控制组血清中的Fas表达诱导因子的活性与对照组相比无统计学显著差异(P>0.05);抗核抗体和抗心磷脂抗体水平与Fas表达诱导因子的活性水平等级正相关(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症血清中有促进Fas/FasL凋亡信息传导途径的因子存在,其可能是精神分裂症自身抗体产生重要环节。The aim of this paper is to explore co-relation between c-fas inducing factor and autoantibodies in schizophrenia. The first-episode patients with schizophrenia were designated to first-episode group; the symptomatic relief patients with schizophrenia were designated to medicinal treatment group; the health people were designated to control group. The serum from each group were analyzed to detect autinuelear antibody (ANA), antieardiolipin antibody (ACA) and rheumatoid factor (RF), and also cultured with lymphocyte of health individual to detect activity of c-fas inducing factor. The levels of ANA and ACA in first-episode were significantly higher compared with control group (P 〈 0.01); there was no difference between the two groups about RF (P 〉 0.05). The levels of ANA, RF and ACA in medicated patients were no significantly difference compared with control (P 〉 0.05 ). The activity of c-fas inducing factor in first-episode group was increased compared with control and significant difference was found (P 〈 0.01 ), but there was no difference of c-fas inducing factor bet ween the medicinal treatment and control group. There were correlation between the autoantibodies (both ANA and ACA) and activity of e-fas inducing factor, c-fas inducing factor in serum from schizophrenia may be play an important role in the autoantibodies rising.
