摘 要:本文运用了文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法,以高校体育课程改革为研究对象,通过分析与研究新课程目标对高校体育课程改革的正负两面影响,研究认为:新课程目标体现了人体的"三维健康观",确立了"以人为本"的指导思想,促进了高校体育课程向更高层次发展。同时也指出新课程目标与当前高校体育课程教学模式不匹配;高校体育课程中"终身体育"教学目标并未实质性地得到落实;部分课程目标可操作性不强,很难在高校体育课程中实施等负面影响,并提出了一些建设性的建议,仅供参考。This paper documents the use of the law,interview,logical analysis,curriculum reform in College Physical Education as the research object,by analyzing the objectives of the new curriculum and research on curriculum reform in College Physical Education both positive and negative impact,the study indicated that:the new curriculum objectives reflect the body's "three-dimensional view of health",to establish a "people-oriented" guiding ideology,the promotion of the College Physical Education program to a higher level. At the same time,also pointed out that the new curriculum objectives and the current PE does not match the teaching model; College of Physical Education Curriculum "lifetime sports" teaching objectives to be implemented is not substantive; some of the courses do not have a strong operational objectives,it is difficult courses in the College Physical Education negative impact on implementation,and proposed a number of constructive suggestions,for informational purposes only.
