窝沟封闭预防乳磨牙龋的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察和分析使用窝沟封闭剂预防儿童乳磨牙龋病的临床效果。方法选用美国pulpdent的光固化窝沟封闭剂,对管辖区每年进行两次含氟泡沫预防龋病的儿童的第一乳磨牙进行窝沟封闭,采用对侧同名牙作为对照研究。结果随访3年,发现实验组患龋率明显低于对照组,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且封闭后三年龋降低率达86.72%。结论窝沟封闭对预防乳磨牙窝沟龋是有效的,在预防儿童龋齿方面,应重视氟化物及窝沟封闭剂的联合应用,应积极开展乳磨牙窝沟封闭的口腔健康教育。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical results of the application of pit and fissure sealants to prevent children＇s deciduous molar teeth caries.Methods American pulpdent product light cure pit and fissure sealants were used to conduct pit and fissure sealing on the first deciduous molars of children in the area of the local jurisdiction who received twice application of dental caries-prevention fluoride foam per year.Contrast study was employed with the same teeth on the opposite side.Results The 3-year follow-up study revealed that the prevalence rate of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the contrast group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P0.01）.After pit and fissure sealing,the decreasing rate of dental caries was 86.72%.Conclusions Pit and fissure sealant is effective in preventing children＇s deciduous molar teeth caries,therefore,combined application of fluoride and pit and fissure sealants should be attached great importance to in preventing children＇s dental caries,and meanwhile,oral health education on deciduous molar pit and fissure sealing is necessary.
