摘　　要：在正常人体组织中突触核蛋白γ为阴性表达,而在妇科肿瘤组织中,突触核蛋白γ处于高表达水平,它的过表达可能是在转录调控水平上发生的,可以促进卵巢癌和乳腺癌细胞的增殖和迁移。存在突触核蛋白γ高表达的妇科肿瘤患者,其诊断时的临床分期较晚,容易发生远隔转移和淋巴结转移,并且对抗微管类药物(如紫杉醇)易产生耐药性,其预后差。突触核蛋白γ有可能成为提示肿瘤分期和预后的分子标志物,在肿瘤的早期诊断中起到重要作用。Expression of synuclein-γwas negative in normal human tissue,but a high expression level was found in gynecological tumor tissues,The over-expression of synuclein-γmay occur at the level of transcription,and can promote the proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer and breast cancer cells.Gynecological cancer patients with high expression of synuclein-γ,are often in the late clinical stages,prone to have distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis,easy to produce resistance to the anti-microtubule drugs,such as Taxol,and with poorer prognosis.Synuclein-γmay become the molecular marker of tumor staging and prognosis,and may play an important role in early diagnosis of tumors.
