河北省小城镇残疾人体育生活现状调查与分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对来自河北省72个小城镇适宜参加体育锻炼的583名残疾人进行了调查,结果表明:小城镇残疾人体育生活处于低层次、松散和自发的状态。主客观双重因素影响和制约着小城镇残疾人的体育行为和参与意识,70.8%的人不参加体育活动,符合体育人口标准的小城镇残疾人比例很小,远远低于全国体育人口占总人口的比例。The authors, by using such research methods as consulting document data, issuing a questionnaire, and giving mathematical statistics, make an investigation into 583 disabled people （competent for sports activities） from 72 small townships of Hebei Province. The findings show a low-level, irregular and spontaneous sports life of those disabled people in small townships, and subjective and obiective factors impose restrictions on the sports activities of those disabled people in small townships, as well as on their awareness of participation in sports. Specifically, 70. 8% of the disabled people in these areas do not engage in sports activities, and the small townships which meet the standard for sports population witness a very small proportion of disabled persons in the areas under their jurisdiction, far below the proportion of all the sports population to the total population nationwide.
