摘　　要：目的 探讨Vogt—Koyanagi综合征的临床特点，尤其是皮肤和毛发的表现。方法回顾性分析1998—2008年的22例Vogt—Koyanagi综合征患者的临床资料。结果22例患者中男8例，女14例，男女比例1：1．75，平均年龄为47．86岁。20例（90．9％）的患者出现前驱症状，头痛是最常见的症状。17例（77．3％）患者出现皮肤和毛发的改变，包括白发、脱发、斑秃和皮肤白斑，2例患者出现肢端白斑（Sigiura征）。13例（59．1％）患者出现神经系统和耳部的表现。所有患者均出现前葡萄膜炎，2例患者出现日落征，2例患者出现Dalen—Fuchs结节。结论皮肤和毛发改变是Vogt—Koyanagi综合征的重要眼外表现之一。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of, especially skin and hair changes in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome （VKHs）. Methods Clinical data were retrospectively assessed on 22 patients with VKHs collected at Beijing Hospital from 1998 to 2008. Results There were 8 males and 14 females, with the ratio of male to female 1 ： 1.75 and mean age 47.86 years. Both eyes were involved in all of the patients. Twenty （90. 9%） patients presented with prodrome, and headache was the most common syndrome. Of the patients, 17 （77.3） showed changes of skin and hair, including leukotriehia, alopecia, alopecia areata and vitiligo, 2 Sigiura＇s sign, 13 （59.1%） neurological and auditory syndrome, 2 typical sunset glow fundus, 2 Dalen-Fuchs nodules. Conclusion Skin and hair changes are important extraocular manifestations of VKHs.
