翼状胬肉患者泪液中表皮生长因子的含量分析

摘　　要：目的研究表皮生长因子(EGF)在翼状胬肉发生发展中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测60例单眼不同时期翼状胬肉患者患眼与对侧健康眼泪液中EGF的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果静止期翼状胬肉患眼组泪液中EGF的含量与对照组的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);进行期翼状胬肉患眼组泪液中EGF的含量与对照组的差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);进行期翼状胬肉组泪液中EGF的含量与静止期翼状胬肉组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉的发展可能与泪液中的EGF水平有关。Objective To study the roles of EGF in the pathogenesis of pterygium. Methods ELISA were used to measure the levels of EGF in tears of both eyes of 60 patients with monocular different period pterygium and the data we had got was analyzed by statistically method. Results The levels of EGF in tears of the quiescent cases were not higher than that of normal （P〉0.05）;The levels of EGF in tears of the progressive cases were significantly higher than that of normal （P〈0.01）; And there was a significant statistical difference between the progressive cases and the quiescent cases（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal levels of EGF may be a positive factor in the pathogenesis of pterygium.
