摘  要:针对油田采用三元复合驱油技术造成的含硅化合物结垢问题,合成了2,3-环氧丙磺酸钠/丙烯酰胺共聚物阻垢剂,研究不同反应条件下合成的共聚物对硅垢的阻垢性能及其对钙、镁垢的阻垢性能。结果表明:在2,3-环氧丙磺酸钠与丙烯酰胺的物质的量比为1∶3,聚合时间为2h,聚合温度为75℃条件下合成的共聚物,当加剂量为20mg/L、72h时使溶解硅质量浓度维持在85mg/L,而对比的几种阻垢剂只能使溶解硅质量浓度低于60mg/L,说明此共聚物对硅垢有一定阻垢效果。此共聚物对钙、镁垢阻垢效果差,在共聚物投加量为40mg/L时对镁垢阻垢率达到63%。Aiming at solving the problem of silicate scale formation in ASP combination flooding system of oilfield, 2,3-oxiranemethane sulfonic acid sodium salt/acrylamide copolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized, and the inhibition performance of the copolymer synthesized under different reaction conditions on silicate scale, cal- cium scale and magnesium scale were studied. The results showed that: under the condition that, the mass ratio of 2,3-oxiranemethane sulfonic acid sodium salt to acrylamide was 1 : 3, the polymerization time was 2 h, and the polymerization temperature was 75 ~C, the synthesized copolymer could help the mass concentration of dissolved silicate maintain about 85 mg/L with 20 mg/L of dosage and 72 h of reaction, while, other products could only maintain the mass concentration of dissolved silicate below 60 mg/L. It could be seen that, the said copolymer had certain silicate scale inhibition performance, however, its inhibiting effect on calcium scale and magnesium scale was poor, and the rate of magnesium scale inhibition was only 63% when the copolymer dosage was 40 mg/L.
