乳腺癌患者术后性欲降低的原因探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌术后性功能障碍的相关因素及心理支持方向。方法:对50例乳腺癌手术患者应用《(乳腺癌)术后功能恢复问卷》调查,对其性功能进行评估。要求患者自愿、如实接受调查,回收问卷,进行统计处理。结果:在接受调查的患者中,所有被调查者均认为患病后有不同程度的性功能障碍;66%的被调查对象认为性功能异常与疾病诊断前后有明显关系。在患病后性欲降低的原因调查中,96%以上的被调查者担心性行为会影响疾病的康复、担心性生活会促使癌症复发,46%的为自身观念的影响。所有被调查者均对当前的性生活感到不满意。结论:乳腺癌术后护理中还应重视术后正确的性知识的宣教,纠正患者错误观念,使乳腺癌术后病人真正地得到身体的、心理的身心全面康复,提高生活质量。Objective： To study sexual disorder relevant factors after breast cancer resection and the ways of psychological support.Method： Using ＂the questionnaire of recovery of function after breast cancer resection＂ in 50 cases to evaluate their sexual function and character trait.Result：All the patients who undergo the research admit that they exist sexual disorder in different degree;there was obviously relation between sexual disorder and the disease in 66% subjects admit.In the reasons research of sexual desire after illness,96% Subjects worry that sexual act will influence the recovery,actuate cancer relapse,46% subjects are influenced by self-notoin.All the subjects are not satisfied with present sexual act.Conclusion： Sexual disorder after breast cancer resection at early stage is obviously.Nursing after breast cancer resection should also pay much attention to the correct sexual knowledge teaching,correct their wrong notoin,in order to achieve psychosomatic health,promot quality of life.
