摘  要:利用DSP作为控制算法的核心器件,搭建了半主动减振系统,并将其应用于双层隔振系统中。通过调节PID控制器参数,改变电磁力从而获得系统的最佳刚度和阻尼。针对磁悬浮支承双层隔振系统的非线性和工作过程的复杂性,利用Simulink在非线性控制系统领域的仿真优势,建立磁悬浮支承的数学模型,将模糊控制、神经元控制分别和PID控制相结合进行仿真对比,仿真实验表明,神经元PID控制的动态性能和稳定性最佳,为磁悬浮浮筏隔振系统进行变刚度变阻尼控制提供可遵循的依据。Using DSP as the control device, a semi - active damping system is set up and applied to a double layer vibration isolation system. Through adjustment of the PID control parameters, the electromagnetic force is changed so as to obtain the best stiffness and damping of the system. Based on the nonlinearity of the double layer vibration isolation system of the magnetic bearing and the complexity of the working process, a mathematical model of the magnetic bearing is established with the help of Simulink and the simulation comparison is made with the fuzzy PID control and the neuron PID control. The results show that the neuron PID control has the best dynamic performance and stability, thus providing a basis for the control of variable stiffness and variable damping of the vibration isolation system of the floating raft of the magnetic levitation system.
