酸浆对小鼠肠道过敏反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药酸浆对致敏小鼠肠道过敏反应的影响,探讨用于治疗儿童食物过敏的有效药物。方法:应用卵清蛋白制备小鼠肠道过敏模型;灌服不同浓度的酸浆水提物,观察小鼠外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数、小肠组胺含量、肥大细胞完整率,以及肠道上皮细胞结构的变化。结果:高、中浓度酸浆水提物能够明显降低外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数;抑制小肠组织组胺的释放,减轻肥大细胞聚集和脱颗粒现象,提高肥大细胞完整率;可使小肠上皮细胞已炎变的结构基本恢复正常。结论:酸浆对小鼠肠道过敏反应具有明显的治疗作用;酸浆用于治疗儿童食物过敏可能有较好的疗效,具有较高的临床研究价值。Objectives：To observe the curative effects of the Traditional Chinese drug-Creeping Woodsorrel for the intestine of the sensitized mice,to discuss the efficient drugs for treating the children food allergy.Methods：The allergic mice models were established with Ovalbulmin（OVA）,and the allergic mice were perfused to the stomachs with different consistencies of Creeping Woodsorrel water extract.Then observe the counts of blood eosinophlis,the histamine′s level of small intestine,the percentage of the integral mast cells and the changes of the intestine epithelia.Results：The high,medium and low consistencies Creeping Woodsorrel water extract could decrease the counts of blood eosinophlis obviously.The histamine′s level of small intestine was reduced effectively,and the Creeping Woodsorrel water extract could prevent gathering and granule of the mast cells,to improve the integrality of mast cells.The structures of the inflamed intestine cells could be turned to normal mainly.Conclusions：Creeping Woodsorrel could treat the sensitized intestine mice effectively,had curable effects to children food allergy.Creeping Woodsorrel have useful research value.
