摘 要:采用Rheostress300型流变仪和偏光显微镜测定了大庆常压渣油(DQAR)的流型、流型转变特点、黏-温关系和蜡晶形貌等流变性特征,并分析了渣油饱和分和沥青质对DQAR流变特性的影响。结果表明,DQAR在低温下均为假塑性流体,在高温下转型为牛顿流体,其流型转变温度为50℃。饱和分的加入能使大庆常压渣油蜡晶晶粒变大,网状结构更加紧凑,流型转变温度升高,并使渣油在非牛顿流型区域的黏度急剧增加;而沥青质在整个温度范围内,均能使渣油黏度增大,基本不影响DQAR蜡晶形貌。the rheological properties of Daqing atmospheric residue (DQAR), such as flow pattern, flow pattern change temperature, viscosity-temperature curve, wax shape and so on, were investigated by using Rheostress300 rheometer and polarized light microscopy, and the effects of saturates and asphaltene on the rheological properties of DQAR were analyzed. It is found that DQAR was a Pseudoplastic fluid at low temperature and a Newton fluid at high temperature, and the flow pattern change temperature of DQAR was 50℃. The addition of saturates in DQAR can make the wax particle bigger and grid structure more compact, the flow pattern change temperature increase, and make the viscosity of residue increase quickly in the field of non-Newton fluid, while the addition of asphaltene can increase the viscosity of DQAR all the way without affecting the wax shape basically.
