摘 要:合成了1种含硼及钡的油溶性化合物——正辛氧基硼酸钡(BaOB),将其作为润滑油抗磨减摩添加剂,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机评价了其摩擦学性能。结果表明,在菜籽油(RO)中加入BaOB后,其承载能力得到明显提高,最大增幅超过80%,钢球磨斑直径和摩擦系数均明显降低,且588N时的摩擦系数较392 N时的更低;扫描电子显微镜证实钢球磨斑表面有沉积物。从SEM/EDS和XPS分析摩擦副表面发现,摩擦副表面有B、Ba、Fe、Cr元素,在摩擦过程中正辛氧基硼酸钡发生了摩擦化学反应,并在摩擦副表面生成了BaO、B2O3和FeB抗磨减摩膜,从而改善了菜籽油的摩擦磨损性能。Oil-soluble abrium octoxyborate (BaOB) was synthesized. Its tribological properties as lubricating oil additive for rapeseed oil (RO) were evaluated by using four-ball machine. The worn steel surface of steel ball was investigated with SEM/EDS and XPS. The results indicated that the wear resistance and load-carrying capability of RO with BaOB added were increased, the max load-carrying capability increased by 80%. The friction coefficient of RO was decreased by the addition of BaOB, and the friction coefficient under 588 N was lower than that under 392 N. the tribochemical reaction occurred in the friction progress, generating a protective film containing BaO, B2O3 and FeB on the worn steel surface, which contributes to improving the anti-wear and extreme pressure properties of the rapeseed oil.
