摘  要:传动技术是车辆技术中继动力技术之后的又一关键技术,其核心在于变速器。为了阐述大排量摩托车变速器技术的发展趋势,首先对当前变速器进行了简单归类,分析了各类常见变速器的特点及工作原理,指出了摩托车变速器技术总的发展趋势;再从双离合器变速器的特点及应用的可行性方面,分析指出了大排量运动型摩托车变速器的发展趋势为双离合器变速器,简述了双离合器变速器的发展概况、控制原理及在摩托车应用中的相关技术要点。Transmission is a key technology in the vehicle after the engine technology. Transmission technology shows a general tendency that is facility, reliability, comfort, efficient, compact, saving energy, environmental protection, and so on. To describe technology development trends of the large displacement motorcycles transmission, we classified simply the current transmissions, and expounded the motorcycles transmission characteristics and working principle. With an analysis of the characteristics of Dual Clutch Transmission(DCT) and an analysis of application feasibility, we pointed out that the future transmissions stationed large displacement sport motorcycles trends to DCT, and then outlined the control principle of DCT and related technical keys.
