摘　　要：以头孢类药物的母核7-氨基头孢烷酸为模板分子、4-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体在一定条件下合成7-氨基头孢烷酸分子印迹聚合物,用平衡结合实验研究了聚合物的结合性能。并研究了7-氨基头孢烷酸分子印迹聚合物对头孢类药物的选择性。结果表明,7-氨基头孢烷酸分子印迹聚合物对头孢类药物有很好的选择性,能够作为畜禽食品中头孢类药物萃取净化的分离材料。In this experiment, cephalosporins drugs nucleus 7 - ACA as a template molecule,4 - vp as functional monomer, in certain conditions, synthesis of 7 -ACA molecularly imprinted polymer, equilibrium binding experiment with a combination of properties of the polymer. And study of the 7 - ACA molecularly imprinted polymer selective for cephalosporins drugs. The results showed that, 7 - ACA molecularly imprinted polymer for cephalosporin drugs have a good selectivity. It can be used as animal food cephalosporin drugs extraction separation of purification material.
