摘　　要：本文针对技师学院培养高级工和技师的客观条件,确立了技师学院的办学定位和办学方向,在此基础之上,构建了一套完整的课程体系框架,在实际教学过程中取得了显著的教学成果。The paper put forword orientation and direction of running Multitechnique College in terms of objective conditions on raising superior technicque workers and tecnicians. A integrate frame of cur- riculum was set up on the basis and remarkable teaching achievements were gained.
