摘 要:在对聚氨酯(PU)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、有机硅、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等常用纺织品涂层的定性检测中,通过选取合适的参比光谱和参比因子,成功对其混合光谱图进行差谱,通过谱图检索,确定主体聚合物成份,并用特征峰对定性结果进行确认。该方法方便快捷,消除了涂层助剂的干扰,适合应用于难以识别的织物涂层混合谱图定性,能极大地提高工作效率,具有较强的实用意义。During process of doing qualitative identification to the normal fabric coating such as polyurethane(PU), poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA), silicone Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC),etc, successfully subtract the spectroscopy from the mixed spectrum by selecting suitable reference spectroscopy and reference factor. Confirm the main component of polymer by searching the subtractive spectrum and further ascertain the result with characteristic peaks. The method was quick and convenient. It removes the disturbance of accessory ingredient and can be applied to qualitative of complex and mixed spectrum of fabric coating. It can improve the work efficiency greatly and has strong practical sense.
