摘  要:目的优选金花茶种子中总多酚的提取工艺。方法采用丙酮-水法从金花茶种子中提取总多酚,利用正交实验优选总多酚最佳提取工艺,考察丙酮浓度、时间、温度、提取次数及料液比对总多酚收率的影响。结果总多酚的最佳提取工艺为:25倍量的50%丙酮-水,80℃,提取3次,4 h/次,总多酚含量为9.59%,总多酚的收率为1.71%。结论丙酮-水提取法可用于金花茶种子中总多酚的提取,其中提取溶剂倍量和提取温度对总多酚提取的影响较大。Objective To optimize the technology for extraction of total polyphenol from Theopsis chrysantha Hu. Seeds. Methods The seeds was extracted using acetone - aqueous, and the extract rate of total polyphenol was studied by orthogonal test, and the effects of solvent concentration of extraction, time of extraction, temperature of extraction, number times of extraction, solvent times of extraction were investigated. Results The optimum extraction technology was as follows: 25 times 50% acetone -aqueous, extracting 3 times at 80℃ for 4h once. By this technology the extraction rate of total polyphenol was 1.71% and the content of total polyphenol was 9.59%. Conclusion This method can be applied the extraction of total polyphenol in Theopsis ehrysantha Hu. Seeds. The extracting solvent times and temperature of extraction show objective effects.
