喀斯特石漠化地区开展林业碳汇项目的潜力分析——以贵州喀斯特石漠化综合防治工程为例

摘　　要：简要介绍贵州石漠化治理情况和碳汇贸易在贵州的发展现状,着重从石漠化治理外部性、开辟新融资渠道、开展碳汇项目所需的资源优势以及国内外市场需求激增等角度论述贵州石漠化地区开展碳汇项目的可行性。并就石漠化治理工程造林项目将会面临的具体问题进行分析,最后得出在贵州石漠化地区开展林业碳汇项目是可行的结论。建议尽快开展试验示范研究,解决碳汇监测方法、额外性论证以及能力建设等关键问题。The development of karst rocky desertification and the carbon sink trading in Guizhou Province were introduced.And the feasibility of developing carbon sequestration project in rocky desertification area was analyzed from different angles,such as externalitya,new financing channel,superiority of forest resource as well as the expansion of demand in domestic and foreign markets.In addition,the problems of reforest project in Karst rocky desertification area were analyzed.So it was feasible to develop carbon sequestration project in karst rocky desertification area.The suggestions that the research should be started as soon as possible to solve the key problems of monitoring method,additionality and capacity building were given.
