24例保留性神经的前列腺癌根治术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨施行保留性神经的前列腺癌根治术后患者性功能及控尿情况的变化。方法:随访我院24例施行保留性神经前列腺癌根治术患者的性功能及控尿情况,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果:术后患者IIEF-5评分均不同程度降低,但仍有54.2%(13/24)的患者IIEF-5评分可达12分以上;术后勃起功能及控尿情况的恢复与患者年龄相关,年龄越低,恢复越好。结论:对于前列腺癌患者实行保留神经的前列腺癌根治术有助于患者术后性功能和控尿功能的恢复,尤其对于较年轻的患者效果更佳。Objective;To discuss the results of recovery of erectile function and urinary continence in patients treated with anatomical nerve sparing radical retropubic prostatectomy （RRP） . Methods; The results of recovery of erectile function and urinary continence of 24 patients treated with RRP were followed up, and were analyzed combined with clinical data statistically. Results：Though IIEF 5 score of the patients who received RRP decreased, a bout 54.2% （13/24） of them still got more than 12 points of IIEF 5 score. The recoveries of erectile function and urinary continence related with age of the patients, the younger the patients were, the better recovery they got. Conclusions;To the patients of prostate cancer, RRP can get them better recovery of erectile function and urinary continence, especially for the younger patients.
