摘　　要：国际金融危机背景下,如何开展适时的、有效的返乡农民工再就业教育,已然成为政府、社会关注的焦点问题。因此,评述返乡农民工再就业教育的现有相关研究成果,并展望未来的研究趋向,对推进返乡农民工再就业教育,开展返乡农民工再就业教育深入研究,开拓成人教育学术研究的视野,具有重要的理论和现实意义。In the context of the international financial crisis, how to conduct timely and effective return of migrant workers reemployment education, has already become the Government, the focus of concern of the community. Therefore, the comments reemployment of migrant workers returning to education of existing research results and future research trends, to promote the return of migrant workers re-employment education, the re-employment of migrant workers to return home to can＇t out in-depth study of education, thus expanding the adult education and academic vision research has important theoretical and practical significance.
