乙烯基硅油改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与性能

摘　　要：以乙烯基硅油与丙烯酸酯进行乳液聚合，合成稳定的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液。研究加料方式、反应温度和单体的滴加速度等操作参数对改性乳液及胶膜性能的影响，采用IR谱图、粒径分析等手段对聚合物进行了表征，确定出乳液中最佳有机硅加入量在质量分数为4％-8％之间。Acrylic polymer modified by silicon oil containing vinyl was synthesized by emulsion polymerization technique. Effects of feed way, temperature and amounts of silicon oil on the properties of polymerization emulsion were studied. The structure of polymer was also characterized by IR,laser particle analyzer, and so on. Experimental results show that the optimal content of silicon oil ranges from 4% to 8%.
