摘　　要：以目前煤矿安全问题为背景,提出利用技术装备创新来实现煤矿安全生产的基本思想。论文探讨了制约我国煤矿安全生产的技术障碍和装备问题。提出依靠发展科学技术,实施自主创新,普及机械化开采,提高自动化监测,强化人才培养,采用更加安全的开采方法,最终实现无人工作面,确保煤矿安全生产的创新战略。With the coal mine enterprise safety production into background currently, put forward the basic thought that adopts the technique and facility reform to carry out the coal mine safety production. The thesis discussed the technique and facility problem of affecting coal mine enterprise safety production, The reform stateage of coal mine enterprise safety production was put forward by developing science technique, reality innovation, useing of mechanized mining all over, improving automatic monitoring ability, enhancing talents nurturing, adopting safety mining methods, at last it was realized that unmanned workface.
