番茄数量性状与番茄红素相关性分析

摘　　要：运用DPS软件对50份番茄种质资源的14个数量性状与番茄红素之间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:单花序花数、单花序果数和可溶性固形物含量与番茄红素含量呈极显著正相关;果梗洼大小、果柄长度和单果质量与番茄红素含量呈极显著负相关;果形指数与番茄红素呈显著正相关;果实硬度、果肉厚、商品果纵径与番茄红素呈显著负相关。Correlation analysis were conducted on 14 tomato（Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.）quantitative traits and lycopene content by using DPS software.The results showed that the lycopene content is very significantly positively correlated with single inflorescence flower numbers,single inflorescence fruit numbers and soluble solids content,but very significantly negatively correlated with size of cordy area around pedicel scar,pedicel length and single fruit weight.The lycopene content is significantly positively correlated with fruit shape index,but significantly negatively correlated with fruit firmness,flesh thickness,longitudinal diameter fruit.
