摘　　要：蛋白质芯片技术是一种高通量、微型化和自动化的蛋白质分析技术,为研究肿瘤的发生与转移,寻找与肿瘤发生及转移相关的新的蛋白质、肿瘤特异性的标志物及肿瘤药物治疗的靶标提供了强有力的工具。本文对蛋白质芯片技术在恶性肿瘤研究中的应用作一综述。The technology of protein biochip offers us a new method for protein analysis, which is high-throughput, microminiaturization and automation. It can be applied to study the development and metastasis of tumor, screen new protein biomarkers which are associated with tumor development and metastasis, find tumor associated antigen, screen drug candidates and so on. In this article the development of protein chips and its applying in tumor is reviewed.
